🔄 Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your premium subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until your subscription expires
• To cancel, contact us at the email provided below
• No automatic renewals - subscriptions are one-time payments for 1 year
• Cancellation processing time: 2-3 business days

💵 Refund Policy

✅ Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

• Request a refund within 7 days of purchase
• Full amount will be refunded to the original payment method
• No questions asked - we believe in our product
• Refund Mode: Same payment method used for purchase (UPI/Card/Net Banking)

❌ No Refund (After 7 Days)

• After 7 days, no refund will be granted
• Your premium access will continue until subscription expiry
• You can still use all premium features for the remaining subscription period

🎫 Promo Code Subscriptions

• Subscriptions activated with 100% discount promo codes are non-refundable (no payment was made)
• Partial discount promo codes: refund applies to the amount actually paid

⏱️ Refund Processing Time

• Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days
• Amount reflects in your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
• UPI refunds are typically faster (1-3 business days)
• Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 7-10 business days
