Within 7 Days
Full Refund Eligible
Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a complete refund. No
questions asked.
After 7 Days
No Refund
After 7 days, no refund will be granted. Your premium access
continues until subscription expiry.

To cancel your BroPro Premium subscription:

- Include your registered email address and full name
- Mention "Subscription Cancellation Request" in the subject line
- Provide a reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

⚡ Cancellation Processing Time
- Cancellation requests are acknowledged within 24 hours
- Cancellation is processed within 2-3 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is complete
- If eligible for refund, it will be processed as per our Refund Policy
🔄 What Happens After Cancellation
- Your premium access continues until the end of your current subscription period
- No automatic renewals - BroPro Premium is a one-time annual payment
- Your account and learning progress are preserved
- You can resubscribe anytime to regain premium access
- Free features remain accessible after premium expires
🎫 Promo Code Subscriptions
- Subscriptions activated with 100% discount promo codes cannot be "cancelled" for a refund (no
payment was made)
- However, you can request to deactivate premium features if needed
- Partial discount promo codes: Cancellation policy applies to the amount actually paid
❌ Non-Cancellable Situations
Cancellation with refund may be denied in these cases:
- Account suspended due to violation of Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity detected
- Significant premium content already accessed/completed (case-by-case)
