🛑 1. Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel an online order at any time before it has been dispatched or handed over to our delivery fleet:

Instant Cancellation: If the order is in "Order Placed" or "Packing / Verification" status, you can cancel directly from your My Orders dashboard or by messaging our WhatsApp support.
100% Full Refund: For prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch, a 100% full refund is initiated immediately and credited within 3 to 5 business working days to the original payment source.

Once an order is marked "Out for Delivery" or has reached the customer doorstep:

Cancellation requests cannot be processed mid-transit. However, you may choose to reject the package at your doorstep upon rider arrival.
Once delivered, items are protected under our 24-Hour Quality Replacement Guarantee in case of defects, damage, poor quality, or incorrect product delivered.
